Misiones reddish land is alive – with a forest vegetation and an endless number of streams and rivers, having subtropical climate, without dry seasons and abundant rains which feed the rivers that are born inside the Province. These end up in Iguazú , Paraná and Uruguay Rivers. They flow along undulating land, overcoming rapids, falls and cascades and giving life to a wide range of fauna and flora.In an area of 30,000 km², you will be able to visit 100 falls. Oberá City is a good starting point to start the safari. Located almost in the midst of Misiones, along National Route Nº 14, 97 kilometers away from Posadas Capital City.
A city where more than 30 different religions get together. Immigrants from different places in the world chose this region to settle down. They reached very rich cultural mixtures out of their habits. Every year, in September, the Immigrant National Festival takes place in which each community shows what is most representative regarding customs – music, dances, customs and gastronomy.
